STRUCTURAL FEATURES

  • Structure: Modular with sectional elements Ø 200 and Ø 300 mm. Doors with rapid clutch and spring-lock handle. Monobloc optics composed by coloured LED projector, power generator, light ray deflector and polycarbonate paste coloured lens. Visor with rapid clutch Possibility of vertical or horizontal mounting. Fixing for wall support, bandit and for hanging up on a cantilever pole or rope.
  • Material: Higher quality polycarbonate, UV stabilized, paste coloured, available in the following colours: Standard, Green, Yellow, Black.

ADVANTAGES
The traffic Signal Heads based on the Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs) provide, compared to the traditional Signal Heads based on the incandescent lamp, the following advantages:

  1. They considerably reduce the managing costs in consideration of: U" Lower power absorption (the installed power is reduced of the 80%); U" A considerably longer average life (10 year); U" A complete absence of maintenance during life time (it is eliminated the problem of replacing preventive lamps and of corrective interventions for burnt lamps).
  2. They exclude occasional false signalling caused by the sun beams (Phantom effect).
  3. They contribute to the reliability and availability of the traffic signal plant, ensuring higher safety of people in the road traffic.
