ABOUT COMPANY

AD HOLD OOD is a private equity firm, registered as a holding company under the Commerce Act of the Republic of Bulgaria on 15 February 1993. In 2007, the company was certified under the ISO system and obtained its ISO 9001:2000 certificate, followed by the new version, ISO 9001:2008, on 11 March 2009. AD HOLD OOD obtained its “009-NSISOSSP-050” certificate of conformity for standard and non-standard reflective traffic signs. The company is a member of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber for Roads. AD HOLD OOD employees are members of the chamber of engineers in investment design.The main activities in which the company has specialised over the years are:

• Production, assembly and maintenance of road safety equipment. Production, sales and installation of traffic signs, permanent and diversion routes.
• Design and completion of traffic light units
• Plan and design of traffic management on permanent and temporary roads, both new and existing.
• The company has relations, contacts and partnerships with a number of companies from Bulgaria, Europe and all over the world, such as Hoffmann, Graco, Scae S.p.a., 3M, Traficon, etc.
• Design, completion and maintenance of traffic management and traffic flow analysis systems.

The first smart traffic system in Bulgaria was designed and implemented by Mr Adriyan Petkov. Mr Petkov is the manager of AD HOLD OOD.
